Home Owner Orientation

With all of our 100+ Year Homes TBS works hand-in-hand with the Tribal Housing entity to provide an in-depth education class for the new family or home owner.  It includes:

1. A walk-through with each family; an explanation of why we use the materials we use.
2. How to properly maintain each part of your home.
3. A detailed Owner’s Manual to keep as reference.

All of this included in our package at no cost in our effort to change the landscape of Native residential housing... which is to promote HOMEOWNERSHIP and instill PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP.
